Our products are shipped via freight carrier and require a phone number. The carrier will call you to schedule a convenient time and day for delivery.
Our products are warehoused in Canada and require a minimum of five days to clear the Canadian border and an additional 10 business days to be delivered once they cross the border.
When your order ships, we will provide you with the name of the freight carrier, Pro#, and a link to the tracking page where you can enter your Pro# and follow your shipping progress.
Items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee, as long as the following conditions are met:
• The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging.
• The item must be in new condition, unused and in saleable condition.
• Used items are not eligible for return, but they are covered under their respective warranties.
• Customer must obtain A Return Manufacturer’s Authorization Number (RMA #).
• Do not return units or parts without an RMA #. Returned units or parts without a proper RMA number will be refused or returned at the shipper’s expense.
• Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product.
• Item must be packaged carefully and clearly marked with an RMA # so that credit can be processed accurately. Improper packaging may cause shipping damages to the part or unit being returned impacting the amount of credit to be refunded. All damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at the sender’s expense.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the purchase was sent with “free shipping” the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.

Shipping terms and conditions:
In the event a product arrives damaged, we will replace all damaged parts free of charge, however our Standard S&H fee will be charged (the Standard S&H fee is the amount it cost to ship certain part(s) to you and is based on the UPS calculator rate.)
Minor scratches, stress marks, or rubbing marks are not covered. We will replace parts that in our opinion have arrived with substantial damage.
